After the order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment department for shipping. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
We value our customers and strive to fulfil each order to the satisfaction of the customer. However, due to reasons including but not limited to unavailability of stocks, unauthorised transaction suspected, error in order placed or error in product description or price, we reserve the right to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us. If payment has already been made or your account has been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled from our end, we will credit your account with the exact refund within a period of 3 weeks
